Yes, I'm in sync.

I am attaching 3 screenshots.

In the first one you will be able to appreciate the lack of the "other speed dials" button, in the other two the confirmation that I am synchronized.

On the other devices I can see this one, but on this one I can't see any of the others.

Well, just as mysteriously as they disappeared, they re-appeared, as if by magic! All's well that ends well ☺
